Welcome to our new two-storey apartment – a lovingly furnished accommodation that harmoniously combines comfort, tranquility, and modern living. We built the house this year and live in it ourselves. The apartment is located at the front part of the building and is separated from our unit. There are no shared rooms.

The apartment offers space for up to four people and is ideal for couples, families, business travelers, or friends seeking a comfortable retreat close to Hamburg’s city center.

Ground floor:

On the lower level, you’ll find an inviting living, dining, and kitchen area that provides plenty of space to spend time together. The high-quality kitchen is fully equipped:

The living area features a comfortable sofa bed with a topper that can be quickly and easily transformed into a cozy sleeping space. Two smart TVs and a Sonos speaker provide entertainment and a pleasant atmosphere.

The bathroom offers a spacious rain shower and enough room for your personal belongings. Additionally, we provide high-quality Jean & Len soap and shampoo – perfect for a relaxing start to the day, whether you’re staying for a short or longer period.

Top floor:
On the top floor, you’ll find a bright workspace with a skylight and a view of the runway at Hamburg Airport – an inspiring place for working, writing, or relaxing. Next to the workspace, there is an additional sleeping area that can be used flexibly – ideal for families or small groups.

Additional important notes
The house is a newly completed build – the garden area is still being landscaped. There is no loud construction, but some access paths are still provisional. We are very close to the airport, so depending on wind conditions (when the runway facing us is in use), there may be aircraft noise. (Not at night, due to a night flight ban.) Soundproof windows of class SSK 5 are installed.
